Résumé
Parmi les critiques que l’on peut recenser concernant la responsabilité sociale d’entreprise (RSE), on présentera et retiendra particulièrement celles fondées sur le fait qu’elle appréhende l’entreprise comme un simple nœud de contrats. Cette conception empêche la RSE d’être un outil efficace pour permettre aux entreprises d’appréhender la question démocratique. Nous décrirons dans la première partie la construction du concept de responsabilité sociale d’entreprise puis l’intégration de la théorie des parties prenantes à son corpus théorique. Nous décrirons dans la deuxième partie ce que pourrait être la démocratie dans l’entreprise en montrant en quoi la logique contractuelle de la RSE en termes de parties prenantes ne permet pas de la penser.
Abstract
Among the criticism that we can list about corporate social responsability (CSR), we will present and retain particularly those which consider the firm as a nexus of contract. This theoretical conception does not allow to the CSR to be a useful tool to understand the democratic issue within a company. In the first part, we will describe the evolution of CSR then the inclusion of the stakeholder theory in this theoretical body. In the second part, we will show that the contractual approach to the CSR is unable to analyze what democracy within a company might be.
