Résumé
Depuis les années 2000, les acteurs historiques du secteur de l'aide à domicile, les associations, doivent s'adapter aux différentes orientations politiques. En effet, l'introduction de la concurrence et l'évolution des modes de financement, via celle des pratiques tarifaires, génèrent une régulation du secteur par le marché modifiant en profondeur l'environnement des acteurs de l'aide à domicile. C'est à ces modifications que cet article est consacré, faisant l'hypothèse que la vision de l'évaluation qu'elles engendrent percute les pratiques des acteurs du secteur, et plus particulièrement les associations.
Abstract
Since the years 2000, the historical actors of home help sector, associations, must adapt to the various political orientations. Indeed, the introduction of competition and the evolution of the ways of financing, by the means of tariffs practices, generate a regulation of the area through the market, modifying deeply the environment of home help actors. This article is devoted to these modifications, making the assumption that the vision of the evaluation they generate impacts the practices of the sector actors, and more particularly associations.
