Résumé
La politique contemporaine de la demande en santé agence des innovations organisationnelles qui reposent sur la théorie de l'aléa moral, telle qu'elle est mobilisée par la théorie économique standard. Si le background théorique et empirique de cette conception est largement déficient, il renforce néanmoins le pouvoir des intérêts dominants. Nous déconstruisons cette orthodoxie assurantielle en montrant sa cohérence avec la marchandisation du système de santé.
Abstract
Modern demand side policy health policy develops organizational innovations. Moral hazard remains the gold standard of in health economics and constitutes a theoretical and empirical justification for increasing the financial contributions of patients. We show that this theoretical and empirical background is deficient and leads to perverse effects. However, the success story of the moral hazard model in health economics is close to the power of dominant interest. We deconstruct this insurance-related orthodoxy by showing its coherence with the marketization of the health system.
