Résumé
L'objectif de cet article est de mettre en évidence les changements induits dans les discussions autour des transferts d'organes lorsque la perspective adoptée est celle d'un contexte mondialisé. Nous montrerons qu'à chacune des phases du processus d'organisation des transplantations - la production, la circulation et la répartition -, la mondialisation soulève des difficultés ou apporte des éléments de réponse qui méritent d'être pris en compte dans les analyses économiques des transplantations.
Abstract
The objective of this article is to bring to light the changes inferred in the discussions around the transfers of organs when a globalized context perspective is adopted. We show that in each of the phases of the process of organization of the transplantations - the production, the circulation and the distribution -, the globalization raises difficulties or brings elements of answer which are to be taken into account in the economic analyses of the transplantations.
