Résumé
Une discussion critique autour de l’organisation de la répartition des greffons hépatiques met en évidence les enjeux de la politique d’attribution des organes. L’analyse du nouvel algorithme de répartition des greffons hépatiques, fondé sur le Model End-stage Liver Disease (MELD), montre que l’organisation de la répartition des organes permet de garantir le respect de l’équité, favorise l’égalité d’accès aux soins et participe à la lutte contre la pénurie.
Abstract
A discussion about the organization of the distribution of livers transplants brings to light the stakes in the policy of attribution of organs. The analysis of the new algorithm of distribution of the hepatic transplants, established on the Model End- stage Liver Disease (MELD), shows that the organization of the distribution of organs indeed allows to guarantee the respect for the equity and to promote the equality of access to the care. It also plays an important role in the fight against the shortage of organs.
